Turnaround
Most standard orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after all required instructions and reference materials are received. More complex requests may take longer. If that applies, MobstersDaily will contact you before production continues.
Reference materials
For best results, provide 1–3 clear, well-lit reference photos when a real person, product, logo, or specific visual needs to appear. Front-facing or ¾-angle photos usually work best. Avoid blurry images, heavy filters, obstructed faces, and crowded group shots. Large video references can be emailed to contact@mobstersdaily.com with your order number.
Privacy
Your submitted photos, files, and finished custom video will not be posted publicly by MobstersDaily without your permission.
Business / Promotional use
The Business / Promotional option covers commercial use of the finished MobstersDaily production. It does not grant ownership or licensing rights to third-party characters, actors, trademarks, music, brands, or other intellectual property referenced in a request. Commercial requests involving recognizable third-party characters or likenesses are reviewed individually and may need to be adjusted or declined.
Revision policy
One reasonable revision is included. Revision requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Minor corrections to the agreed concept are covered. A completely new concept, scene, character, script, dialogue, or creative direction is not considered a revision and may require a new quote or order.
Cancellations & refunds
Because each order is custom-made, cancellations are accepted only before production begins. Once generation or editing has started, the order is non-refundable. If MobstersDaily determines that a request cannot reasonably be produced before production begins, we will contact you to discuss an alternative concept or cancel and refund the order.
Submission & rights
By submitting photos, logos, video references, or other materials, you confirm that you have permission to provide and use those materials for your custom order. MobstersDaily may decline requests involving deceptive impersonation, fraud, harassment, defamatory material, illegal activity, explicit sexual content, or other content we determine is inappropriate or unsafe to produce.
AI results
AI-generated results can vary from reference materials, and exact likenesses, movements, voices, backgrounds, or other details cannot be guaranteed. Multi-scene projects, advanced production, and videos longer than 30 seconds require a separate quote.
FAQ
Can you write the dialogue for me?
Yes. Provide exact dialogue, talking points, or simply describe the idea and ask us to write it for you.
Can I be in the video?
Yes. Submit clear reference photos. AI-generated likenesses can vary and exact replication cannot be guaranteed.
Can I request a specific character or style?
You can submit the request and we’ll review it. Third-party characters, brands, and likenesses are handled case by case and do not imply endorsement or affiliation with the relevant rights holder.
What if AI cannot make my exact idea?
We’ll contact you and propose the closest workable alternative. If we cannot reasonably fulfill the request before production begins, we can cancel and refund the order.
Can you make something longer than 30 seconds?
Yes, depending on complexity. Email contact@mobstersdaily.com for a custom quote.
Will you post my video publicly?
No. Not unless you explicitly give MobstersDaily permission to feature it.
